On the matter of the Angel's Trumpet tree, we have had one for years, acquired our flock of four girls last year...they do their dirt bathing under it every day...I JUST NOW found out what the tree is and about it's toxicity!! Hmmmm...it's 6 ft tall and beautiful, and it's one of the few plants in their part of the yard that they haven't messed with. We'll have to think about it.

My neighbor just gave me a baby plant to plant. I noticed it had little green worms on it so I took it to my chickens to feast, they all tasted the leaves then left it alone! I hope they are all still alive tomorrow. :( Something told me to google the plant and I found this thread. Now I'm stressing a bit.

You're chickens should be fine, but if it will give you some peace of mind, you can post this on our Emergencies, Diseases, Injuries, and Cures section at https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/10/emergencies-diseases-injuries-and-cures.
