I have the RIR x leghorn mixes. These hens are heavy, quiet and well behaved.

They lay better than the red and the leghorn.

We call em cinnamon queens in this neck of the woods.

Other may call them redstars and sex-links. I think it depends on
who was the daddy and who was the mommy.

I love the fact that those 2 birds have squished themselves up against the ceiling just so they can sit on the pipes which I guess is the highest roost! they're gonna poop on those nice bags you have hanging below though.
