How will my Hens cope without Roo

I had to give my Cockerel to a nice lady due to city ordinances. I miss him terribly, so how would the hens react without him?
Another question, can you please check on this suspect pullet or roo.
Any and all advice is appreciated.

My Girls have NEVER had a ROO, they never knew what they didn't miss?? It's a small suburban flock of 6 hens, (2) RIR and ( 4) Sliver Laced Wyandottes , I've had my flock for over 2yrs and ONLY ONE is the POLICE, she will puff up and peck anyone messing with her sisters. I can never have a ROO, so my flock is all sisters.

I have no roo either. My birds over the last 10+ years have all done fine being an all girl club.

I have re-homed 3 roosters. My pullets are fine and actually my Lt Brahma pullet is now the leader. I'm almost afraid to tell you, it's looking like a Cockerel from the back but face is almost pullet.

Hens will lay just as many eggs without a rooster however they will not be fertile, so cannot be hatched into chicks.
