DH bought all of the materials for another coop, shops with me for supplies and special ordered a book on chicken tractors last week. A few days ago, he turned to me and said, "I don't want to be critical but I worry that you're going to get carried away with this chicken operation."

I just looked at him for a few seconds and said, "This from you?"

You can try to talk your way out of it, you can try to blame others for your addiction, you can try to just not care, but you will not succeed.

You sound like my DD , she kept saying chickens are not cute , they're just NOT!
