Well this is one version of an auto turner. There are smaller versions that fit into the styrofoam bators that look much different than this.

How do you get the eggs in the middle box. Can you take them out?

The turner has a switch that i can turn on/off, and move the turner manually. When the turner trays are perfectly horizontal, you can pull the egg trays out to load/unload them. It turns each way somewhere around once every hour or two.
