Howdy yall my name is Tommie and I have basically always had at least a few laying yard birds. I currently have 25 buff orpingtons. They are soon to be sold to one of my friends who wants chickens since they are past the point of prime laying and I have an order that is to be delivered on the 5th of february for 25 brown sexlinks and 25 buff orpingtons... oh and also 5 transylvanian naked necks. I plan to put in an order for 200 cornish crosses the last part of february since they will take about a month before he can get that many eggs in the incubator for me. Anyway thats what Im doing in the chicken world i also raise rabbits and goats but I will save that for backyardherds.com haha. Yall have a blessed day

Sounds like you'll have your hands full with the big upcoming order! Please do share your experiences raising this new coming flock. Also, good to hear you know about BackYard Herds already and hopefully those kind folks can help you out with any questions you my have about goats and rabbits, and that you can share from your experiences with them too.
