How's the laying going?

One of my Muscovy Hens just started laying again a few days ago.

One of my Cayuga hens started laying last Friday at 8-1/2 months. An egg a day except for Monday since. Maybe the other three will get the idea now

Another 1of the babies layed an egg today. Its not white but its not quite the bluey greeney colour either, so I have no idea who plopped it out so Im now on 4 from the big ducks and 2 from the baby ducks

YippeeSkippee! Got my first ever Muscovy ducklings JUST POPPED OUT! Two so far.
I was beginning to think there was some *secret* to hatching Muscovy eggs that no one ever told me!
Wouldn't it be fabulous if ALL 13 hatched? Got a couple Ancona almost out of the shell and a few chicks (it's Day 34, Day 27, and Day 20 respectively).
Sigh... my Ancona girl is still the only duck giving up any eggs right now.

What breeds tend to lay blue/green eggs?

my blue and choc runners will lay bluey eggs. Oh and you do know Dipsey that we need photos for our monthly aaaahhh cuuute

4 out of 5 laying as of this morning. Based on color of the eggs, it's one of our blue runners that holding out. One of our black runners laid a dark charcoal gray egg this morning!

I got 10 duck eggs this morning from 19 hens so they are really gearing up. Only one Cayuga is laying now, I have 3 so I expect the others to follow soon. Most of my Runners are laying, the Pekin might be laying as well as my Rouen hen and of course, some of the the Khaki Campbells. Can't say the Magpies are laying yet either.

Had eggs last night for supper. Yum, yum!

Still working on breeding pens so I can't set any until I get them all separated.

I'm not getting ANY duck or goose eggs, I'm about to start cooking, I swear!

I was getting 1 rouen duck egg every-other-day when the weather was freezing and we had snow on the ground...she was laying right next to the house. I guess now that it's warmer she has decided to hide her eggs.

I KNOW at least the DUCKS have to be laying, but I have no idea where. I have 5 pekins, 3 rouens, and 1 F&W runner hen ducks, I should have eggs coming out my ears!

The girl-geese are from last year, and they are embdens. I'm hoping they'll start laying this year but neither of them have egg bellies yet

3/5 for my girls. One is still molting. So just one slacker. Not sure who though
