the article is very good and sadly is becoming all too common. i sat out my 2 days in jail last week for my girls. i'm not about to pay their fine! i have a very abundant garden this year and have raised over a TON of food. i give it away, freeze it, can it, dehydrate it and eat it fresh. i currently have to drive 32 miles to go see my chickens, get their eggs and feed and water them. my city is being investigated for discrimination, as i do have a dr. recommendation to have my chickens.

they do not stink, they are quieter than neighborhood dogs, and carry no more diseases than us homosapiens.

i hate for this woman to go through what i have.

Maybe they will make change for the county. I really hope so. That's too bad you have that long drive to see your chickens.
