Does that trick with the plastic eggs really work? What does it do, let them know what nesting boxes are for? So far rooster is the only one who even goes in my boxes. He takes his mid day siesta in there.

I've been meaning to get to the dollar store. Do you think the plastic eggs are only available around Easter or would I find them now?
Bad Company & Lynyrd Skynard is going to be a great show!!! It'll be a beautiful ride. Bethel is awesome...the traffic in and out of there is not so awesome! lol We brought a few of those folding chairs with us for tailgaiting purposes...left them outside near the back of my friend's car while we went up to the show. When we got back to the car the chairs were gone. People are such jerkoffs!

How exciting! Beautiful color! What breed do you have again?
No, they lived in NYC for many years (DH's Dad was an executive chef) so moved back and forth a lot between here and France for his Dad's work. That's why their 2 sons stayed in the US, since they mainly grew up here. We had a nice meal yesterday but had to stay inside because it was just TOO HOT out, whew! I must have taken 3 showers yesterday, I got drenched in sweat just peeling vegetables, sheesh. Thanks Terry! I can't believe how excited I'm getting over an EGG! lol
Sorry about your FIL. Hopefully this trip will lift your MIL's spirits. Is this her first visit to the US?
Def. post some pics of the ladies when you get a chance, we love pics here!I am not sure. My husband brought them home from Tractor Supply and I never saw the breed. I'll take some photos and maybe you can tell me.
It turned out that we have 2 roosters though! So far only one crows. I even saw him mount a female. Is there any chance that they won't fight or do we have to remove him? The other one is so docile.
