Good Evening Everybody~![]()
All this talk about chicks is making me want some. My DD texted me a picture of a frizzle today saying "We need this". Of course I totally agreed but I have no clue where to get one! I also want some lavender orpingtons, an olive egger or 2, a speckled sussex AND we have 8 eggs in the incubator. What's a few more mouths to feed, right?
Hope the snow passes us tomorrow. I practically skated out to the coops today. This weather is getting to me.
Hope all is well~

Hello!
Looking for help/advice/mentoring!
Hubby and I have been talking about chickens for 3 years now since we moved here from Westchester. Just nervous about taking the plunge. We went to Tractor Supply and see they have a 6 chick minimum. I was thinking 3 or 4??
So how did you all get started, and are their any local resources/classes etc around here or are we stuck with books and TSC?
