Can any age enter this contest? For example, my grandchildren (under 18) are on facebook, if they register as a BYC member, can they each enter?

Age details are in the first post:

The person submitting the picture must be 18 or older. The people tagged in the pictures must be 13 or older.

So, the person entering the contest and getting points must be at least 18.​

Nope, I think you can tag them (they may have to be your "friends" but I'm not sure).
