Wow, I am just a little confused.
The rules (still) state:

7. The people submitting and in the pictures must be 13 or older, and all the people tagged must be members of Facebook.

Those are some cute, but small thirteen-year-olds.

Oh, thanks for pointing that out! I had just copied and pasted those without double checking. Obviously those are void since they didn't comply with the rules. The runners up have been posted in the place.
