Antibiotics. I put the antibiotics in the puffy faced one’s water too last night to see if it would help. I don’t think she could have gotten stung, as she’s living in a brooder inside. Thanks!
Ok. That's what I was wondering. I would say its the respiratory issue. Keeping them that close isn't considered quarantining. At this point they probably all have been subjected to whatever the first one has.

Where did you get the ducklings from?
The one who was originally infected was from a family members farm. They have one duck but their neighbors have some drakes who wandered over and bred her. The one I have was born without eyes and they couldn’t care for her, so I took her to raise with my other two ducklings, who I purchased from a local hatchery.
The reason I separated them wasn’t really to quarantine but just to make sure the blind, infected duckling got her meds. I know the others were exposed and have been watching closely...aside from a runny nose they haven’t shown any symptoms until the bloated cheek.
