My infected duckling is in the same brooder but in a box placed in the brooder, if that makes sense. I sanitized myself between holding them but the group was all together for at least a few days when the one duckling was infected so they were exposed. I watched closely and none showed symptoms until this ducklings face became swollen. I just added antibiotics to her water as well just in case. But I don’t think this is a respiratory infection, it looks like a swollen sinus.
Certain respiratory infections make the sinus swell, such as Mycoplasma.

Mycoplasma Galliseptum does effect ducks, & Chickens. But not totally 100% this is that. Do they have discharge from the nostrils, watery, bubbly eyes? Lots of sneezing, & coughing?

Her breathing sounds a little off, and her eyes look a little more wet than usual but no like, discharge or anything from either her nose or her eyes. I’m going to give her a swim now.

Is there any way she could have gotten stung?

However, if you have another one in such close proximity with a respiratory issue, it's most likely the same. This one is just presenting a little differently.

What is the other one being treated with?

Antibiotics. I put the antibiotics in the puffy faced one’s water too last night to see if it would help. I don’t think she could have gotten stung, as she’s living in a brooder inside. Thanks!

She is demonstrating some of the same symptoms as the one with the respiratory infection now I believe. The antibiotics should help
