Added photos, lobe does appear to have more heat than usual

Update from this morning;
The lump appears smaller after I lanced it last night, heat is down significantly. I washed the wound again this morning and applied more antibiotic ointment. “Lefty” is now out on garden clean up duty with Nanny Hen. She is busy poking around and cleaning up the bugs and other fun finds in the ended garden beds. Eating well, drinking, animated and has good solid poops. I will bring her in again tonight so I can wash it and apply ointment and will do it again in the morning. She wasn’t even really mad at me when I doctored it
