Huge egg from little hen

Went to gather eggs this morning before work and found this!! It’s huge!!! This came from Cinderella who has been laying for about 2 weeks now. She always lays dark, beautiful, perfect eggs. I immediately apologized to her!! Hers is on the left and 2 of my regular eggs from my other RIRs on the right.

Not unusual for new layer to lay a double yolk, while the 'egg machine' is getting tuned in.

That’s what I thought but this is my first one! Some of my hens have been laying since January 1 and my first double yolker!!!

Tell me if this is right...I’ve read than double Yolkers are very rare. like one in 1,000? However..we get about 25-28 eggs a day...and we’ve had very many double Yolkers. I havent kept track...but, definitely more than what that statistic says I should have....?

My black sex links tend to lay super jumbo eggs also.
