So just to let you know ...my egg weighed in at 3.5 oz or 100g. Her usual egg is 2.5oz or 70g. Not sure if that is really big or not in terms of big eggs. It sure looked big! Not sure on the number of yolks. Gave it away. The person who took it will let me know on Monday.
