She has been laying her normal sized eggs since then.
How common would it be for her to lay another big egg like that?

I wouldn't say it is terribly common, but you may come across another one every few months or so.

Hey Guys, I seen on here where you all was talking about big eggs. My RIR hen is known for her big eggs she had two back to back this size.

If My largest hen skips a day of laying, she will lay a bigger egg the next day. Her eggs are usually extra large. I saw on the news a few weeks ago, someone from PA or WV was trying to get in the Guinness Book with a 5.5 oz. egg.
