Normally, when there is a post where I would express opinion, I keep my fingers off, because opinions turn into- well, you know .
But this time, I just HAD to respond.

When I was working, I had time to lurk on the forum a LOT ( hence the layoff LOL). I went back to the begining, and can see the changes with the increase in members. The moderators jobs have gotten tougher.
I have seen threads that I know the moderators have been closely watching. I think it's cool that you TRY to allow things to get back on track before locking a thread also.
The changes you have made will be a great thing! I enjoy this forum alot, and truly appreciate all you have done,and continue to do. Even though it is a "chicken" forum, I like the fact you allow more than just chicken talk here. Now with the seperation

Thanks. I think the new format will be great. Discouraging religious and political discussion will be great. For too many of us, its hard to keep things civil and well thought out when our hearts are fully engaged. The political discussion might have died out naturally since the election is done, but maybe not.

Thanks moderators, you all do a great job. It makes life here nice for all the rest of us!!!

Thanks! I know you all really have your hands full here. The extra effort has not gone unappreciated. I was starting to feel a little out of place here, but you guys have really rolled out the welcome mat with these changes. Thanks again.
