Huge Shed / Barn - Craigslist - Cheap, but have to move it

A wrecker company with a big enough rollback truck MAY be willing to move it for less as well. I know some of them will (my Dad used to work for one that would), it depends on their insurance and whether or not the building will fit on the truck. Would not hurt to ask

Jeesh! Too bad I don't live in MO.
I just paid $8900. for a 20x30 addition to my barn. Although it's wood siding and metal roof. The pole barn builders wanted $15000.
for Metal sided, not including any excavation or gravel.
I thought I got a good deal. Shoulda called someone from MO.

ThereARE SHED COMPANIES WHO WILL MOVE THE WHOLE SHED. wE HAVE HAD THAT DONE. tHESE SHEDS ARE FULLY ASSEMBLED AT THE STORE AND A DRIVER LOADS IT ON A FLATBED AND MOVES IT ONTO YOUR LOT. oNE MAN JOB IF YOU CAN BELIEVE THAT.Erinm

I guess it depends on where you live. We are looking at getting a 12x24 for ourselves so we can convert our old shed to a new coop. In this part of the country we can find a new one delivered for about $2000..Of course there are some that are higher as well.

I would definitely check with the MFG of the shed and see what they recommend. If that is a Tuff Shed, then they have the equipment to move them whole or in pieces.

Here in Louisville, I was looking at some sheds and was given the option of having it built on site or delivered already built and then placed on the site. As I don't have a driveway they would have to bring it in in pieces and build it on site.

However, if you have a saws-all it wouldn't be that hard to slice and dice the parts of the shed to disassemble it and move it and then piece it back together. Those sheds are usually pre-fabricated in panels at the factory and then the crew delivers it, and either nails or screws the pieces together. Even if you can't reassemble it to it's original shape, just the materials alone would be worth it
