Hullo from New Zealand :)

Hi, I'm also new to the site

was reading through your post and realized I had just been reading about something really similar called "spraddle leg." Not sure if you've made any improvement or gotten other advice in the last couple of days, but I wanted to share this link with you from a woman who has had several chicks with spraddle leg and has treated them herself- http://www.the-chicken-chick.com/2012/02/spraddle-leg-in-baby-chicks-what-is-it.html

Hope that helps! And good luck!

thank you - I am embarrassed to see I missed a heap of posts on here since I last logged in, rude of me.

I had to have my hen euthanased in the end but the others are all healthy and happy

X2!! Great to have you aboard! Sorry about your hen. It is never easy to put them down. Enjoy BYC!
