Jack pulled a wristwatch out of his pocket. His eyes widened. “Gotta go!” He shouted over his shoulder, already sprinting towards his house. His mom was going to kill him.

Scarlett was with Cleapatra, sharing the picture of Alex to everyone she knew and laughing.
