Humidaire temp seems to have dropped!

I recently bought a used humidaire that seemed to be in mint condition. It was registering at exactly 99.5 degrees. I've had serama eggs in there for two days and the temp now reads around 97. What is happening? How do I fix it? WHAT DO I DO? help, please...

I pm'es you. Also forgot to add in the PM, if you have a sudden drop in humidity, both ambient and in the bator, you can have a temp dip. I live in florida, so we can go from armpit humid to arizona dry in 24 hours. I saw spikes and dips with drastic humidity changes. I hope you know how to bump the heater up just a bit, It should right itself fairly quickly. Bst of luck on those seramas. If you get your temp right in the next couple hours, you and the eggies will be just fine.
