Humidity and temp

I just got a 4250 pro series incubator and me andmy wife are new to this

I just got a 4250 pro series incubator and me and my wife are new to this the humidity keeps going up and the temp is staying about 81 and needs to be higher we are trying Turkey eggs please help dont want to lose them

Dont trust what your incubator instruments are telling you. They are very often wrong sometimes VERY wrong. Please get yourselves an independent hygrometer and thermometer and calibrate them yourselves also. If you have access to any other kind of thermometer, place it in the incubator and see what reading you get. Place it on top of the eggs.
