Humidity at 65%

my eggs in my incubator are at day 5 and the humidity is at 65%!! It averages in the upper fifty’s and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. My incubator is a brinsea oviation 28 advance and Im really worried about this hatch.

Are you just reading from one gauge? Some can be off by a lot. I have 3 of each in my incubator. Lol

I just put a thermometer from incubator warehouse I’m my incubator. @The Phantom

Ok. I would just buy another digital one to see how far they are off. You have a humidity and temperature gauges right? I wouldn't trust the incubators.

Yes, the one I put in has both. Ive had great hatch rates with this incubator and I’ve been using the same procedure. I’m stumped. I know it’s been a bit high in the first place but I don’t remember it ever being this high. I have Icelandic eggs I bought online In there right now so I’m really hoping for a good hatch. I’ll keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best!! @The Phantom
