Humidity Factor with Broody Hen

Just curious about how the humidity factor comes into play when hatching eggs with a broody hen. It seems that a lot of emphasis is placed on humidity but that can't really be controlled can it when using a hen.
 
You would be surprised at the amount of humidy created by a living, breathing hen covering eggs. They often pluck their breast feathers for better contact with the eggs, plus they hardly get off the nest for those last three days. (Unlike their usual, daily constitutional trips.)
