My Sportsman stays fine during incubation, at 34%. Then, when I try to increase it for the hatch (I want 60 - 65%) I can not get it higher than 55%. I don't know the answer. Wish I could help. Sorry.

I just take mine out for the hatch, and move them into a HovaBator. So far this has worked for me.

In my opinion, you need to lower the humidity in the incubator for the first 18 days, and then jack it up to 69 % for the hatch. If they are getting stuck it could be that they are not losing enough moisture and are growing to big for their shell. If you lower humidity to allow them to stay a little smaller, and then jack it up during hatching so they don't dry out, it might solve your problems.
