Are the eggs hatching right now? If so, that humidity is fine.

If there are eggs in the incubator, and they are not hatching yet, how long have they been there?

Did you add any water to the incubator? If so, remove all the water and see if the humidity settles down.

Are you trusting a humidity gauge that came with the incubator? Check with another one, preferably calibrated to be sure it is accurate. The problem might be with the measuring device, not the actual humidity in the incubator.
