Humidity level in GQF

I’m having issues keeping the humidity up in my GQF incubator (older model).

I have the humidity kit (bucket, tray, and filters) but the humidity rarely raises above 20%, even with 2 filters in the tray.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Make sure that you have a calibrated hygrometer to check the humidity. I live in a dry climate and have no problem getting the humidity up in my GQF 1202 with the humidity kit. I would not be able to get the humidity up into the 65% range for lockdown without adding 4 humidity pads to the tray.
