Humidity won't go up!

I took my bantam eggs in with my brooder because I have eggs that are in lock down and these aren't so I put them with the broody. It took her about an hour in quite chilly weather to tuck them. Will that weather for that long damage the eggs?

Are these eggs you gave to your hen recent or were they incubated a bit?

I would think if they're recent they're fine as you can sometimes incubate eggs that were in the fridge for a bit successfully.

I have older eggs that went into lockdown today, my bantams went be in lockdown until Saturday. So, they were in lockdown for several hours until I thought to put them in with my hen who excepted them.
