I have a clutch of three healthy one week old chicks but this morning I woke up to something unexpected. One of the chicks seems to be lopsided on their neck. Her head is leaning to one side and the other side of her neck seems to be okay. Did she sleep weird? Should I worry?

These are some pics

Get some chick vitamins (Poultry NutriDrench or Poultry Cell) and give a couple of drops orally. It is probably wry neck (torticolis, crook neck,) which can be from a head or neck injury, a vitamin deficiency, and can happen after hatch. Make sure that she can eat and drink, so mix a tiny bit of her feed with water and get her eating it by dipping her beak some.

Anyone have more advice? Turns out she is able to drink but I’m still very worried about her. I ordered rooster booster vitamin cell on Amazon, but in the mean time...?

Where are you located? Are there any stores near you that might carry even human vitamins? Vitamin E is available even in grocery or drug stores, so you could get some there if any are close.

Are they eating a chicken starter grower feed?

Are you sure this quail is eating well?
Did you break up/hammer the feed up in to tiny pieces?

I think she be ok.
Maybe name her the hunchback from Notre dam? Fits perfectly
This isn't a good sign.
When they start going downhill this young it's hard to keep them from getting worse.
Vitamins are the best bet.
