I had to walk down the driveway to get my little sister from the bus stop. Halfway down the driveway there's a neighbor on the other side of the fence (the neighbors "fence" is two strands of barbwire that's been pushed down in multiple spots, which the dog gets through) that has a dog that's always being aggressive and chasing me. Its getting annoying to not be able to walk down my own driveway without a gun.

You should ask them to fix the fence aand get their dog trained.
Even petco has great training and isn't expensive.

I've never seen the neighbors, is the thing. And nobody can walk up to the house, since the dog is always out.

Theres no way to. The dog is always out, and will attack people. And I have seen cars coming and going, but never seen the people that live there.

Sounds to me like an accident waiting to happen. Only time someone will address it is after someone gets mauled.

I know. Parents wont call animal control, and all I can do is hope it doesn't figure out how to get through our fence.
