Wish I could make salsa, or guacamole, with cilantro. My Mexican husband hates it. One leaf and he can tell.

That's funny. I watch people buy bags and bags of cilantro and tomatillos at the 2 Mexican stores I frequent, many of the patrons and clerks don't speak English. I was at one of them today but they were out of tomatillos until tomorrow. I used to not be a cilantro fan but now even use it in smoothies, it is so good for you.

See if there is a recipe for Rice and gravy in it.
I looked for a recipe on the link that @rjohns39 sent for his cajun grocer but didn't see one there.
Rice n gravy is one of my all time favorites.....taught by my grandma....I've seen a few recipes when digging through the net but never seen one in a book.

What color is the gravy? I have a Purdhomme recipe for a red one and a brown giblet one.

Yes - I teach GED and ESL classes in a federal prison in Pensacola.
