We actually just left Blue apron. They kept missing orders, or they'd be late. We really like the convenience of the meals planned out and ready, so we found another service. I have to say, with blue apron, I got really tired of kale, and yea... we had bread show up moldy.

You know what...I could cook your meals for ya!

When I was in VA, we had a crop share program... They eventually had to go with a swap box for those less adventuresome folk... If they had something I didn't recognize in the box, I'd grab a recipe card and then hit google... Looking forward to putting five minute old kale into my soup this afternoon.

Don't get me wrong!! I like kale, they just sent us a TON of it. And I like spinach better. LOL

I do this dish but with peach salsa. It's spicy and sweet and really brings out the flavor in the pork!

My older kids go straight to the fridge when they get here too.

Ha ha! It's universal. My older two who don't live with us always eat us out of house and home when they visit.
