Mandatory evacuations for a lot of neighborhoods on the SW side of Houston just went into effect.

They have been rescuing people from my neighborhood non stop since yesterday morning.
My house is still safe.
My mom and brother are in a bad bad spot right now and will be flooding soon but there is no where to go...they are being told to stay put and take shelter on the 2nd floors of their homes. They are fine. We just need the rain to stop.
