Hurt Chicken Is Wheezing

So the smell wasn’t as bad this cleaning, but there’s still a rotting smell. I was finally able to remove some of the feathers that had been stuck in the wound and it looks as if a bone is protruding out. I don’t want to push or pull on it just in case. She’s having more trouble walking today, but she’s still eating and drinking. I cleaned her wound with the above pictured stuff. I put electrolytes in her water and orally gave her aspirin water from a syringe. The area around her wound feels warm, but there’s still no crackeling or hissing sounds. She looks like she’s having more trouble breathing today.
