There was an accident and my dog got loose on the chickens, pinning one of them. There is no blood but there was bit of a tussle and now she's limping and stressed. Any tips on what to do. I dont think she broke anything but she might be sore.

Edit: She's able to kinda limp around and she seems a bit food motivated. She was panting a lot but now she looks like she's trying to sleep off the pain.

Is she still eating and drinking normally after the incident? An incident like this can be a shock to the chicken.
The limp could be a foot or leg injury - check for swelling. If there's swelling or another sign of injury (worsening limp or not wanting to walk) there are many here who have dealt with this type of situation and can provide more specific treatment advice. Let us know how she's doing.

She is eating and drinking a bit. I placed food and water in front of her and she was eating it, she just seems a little stressed and doesn't want to move alot. I wasn't able to check for swelling yet but I will in the morning since they are sleeping at the moment. Thank you for the reply

Update! Thankfully she lived through the night. She is eating and drinking when it's offered to her and she seems a little motivated to move (to the best of her ability). I even saw her on a roosting bar. I tried to check for swelling in her upper thigh and couldn't really tell what was wrong, but her lower leg itself looks fine. It's kinda sad to see, she just stands there for a minute before laying down to rest. I hope she gets back to normal soon.

Happy to hear she's doing ok. Perhaps she strained something and with rest she will be her full self again. Since she is eating and drinking I would leave her with her flock.
What does her poop look like?
Tagging some experts who can help with next steps -- if you should need to make a resting sling for her, etc.

A predator attack, and dogs are predators, can cause shock even without any noticeable injuries. Shock following an attack can cause organs to malfunction and muscles to be weak and balance to be off. If left untreated, it can kill the chicken.

Measure out one cup of water and stir in one teaspoon sugar with a pinch of salt and baking soda. Give as her sole water source for the next 48 hours.

Thank you! Should she be separated or will that just cause more stress? How should I ensure she's drinking only the beneficial water?

I would only separate her if others are picking on her, but you will need to keep watching her for that. If she needs separated, then use a wire dog crate with food and water near the other chickens. Cover it so she has shade, and place a little bedding in it. Let us know how she is doing later. Homemade electrolytes recipe is 1 quart of water, 1 tsp of sugar, a small pinch of salt, and that would be okay for all chickens for a day.
