Well you need to clean it and it will be only one big grub. They are white. Clean with peroxide flush out the hole. You might need to muzzle her or at least use something to muzzle her.

Bot fly I'm thinking!
Use peroxide and see if the larvae is in the hole!
Then spray and antiseptic spray on it...

If you are able, I would shave the hair away from the wound so it does not trap any yucky stuff and cause further problems. If there is anyway to get your dog to the Vet, that would be good. Good luck to you.

Shaving the hair away is highly recommended. After cleaning the wound you could try a deep layer of raw honey ( real honey, not the stuff in the little bear shaped containers). Honey would smother a bot larvae if that is the problem and it has antibiotic properties. Treat twice a day. Keeping her in a clean location is important since dogs love to roll in nasty stuff.
