Depends. Pulled off the entire roof of it's mouth so you can see into it's nasal cavity sounds really bad. If indeed that is what has hapened, it won't be able to swallow and will aspirate.

Yesterday we brought the mink to a wildlife place that told us they would bring him to the nature park once he got a little better.
They also said they would call us if anything happens.

They called me this morning and told me that they had to put him to sleep because the roof of his mouth completely collapsed and there was nothing they could do for him.
At least he isn't in pain anymore.
He was a little trooper and I miss him a lot.
