My RIR had her leg caught between 2 boards this morning and I'm not sure how long. But it is white and Cold, Is there anything I can do I have her resting in a pen on soft stuff.

I'm sorry to hear about your hen.

If you have photos that may help. For an injury like that, it sounds as if you are doing what you can. Let her rest, provide her with fresh water and feed. Hopefully she wasn't stuck too long and there is no long term damage. When you can, gently inspect the leg for any obvious breaks. Keeping her penned and restricting activity for a few days to observe her is a good idea. It could be sprained or fractured from struggling, but it would be hard to know without vet care.

Can she stand on her legs and move around?

A nice warm epsom salt bath would do her well. It would help increase leg circulation, soothe her, and help with any swelling. With legs I've learned that swelling from breaks and fractures may not happen for a day or two, and you can't always identity injuries visually.

Keep us posted on how she's doing.
