First of all prayers sent to you and your dh. HAve a friend help you with your chickens if you can.
IF the mri is negative, that's great news. The mri will reveal tumors, strokes the big stuff. There was a reason he had the seizure though, most times an eeg(electroencephlogram) brain wave test can reveal alot about his electrical activity and why he had the seizure but sometimes not. IT does not take much for a seizure to happen, it could be stress, injury or an unknown reason. It will be very common for the doctor to put him on an antiseizure med even it all is okay. Right now do what you need to, i hope all goes well for you and your family.

I went through the same thing a couple of years ago. Out of the blue, at age 25, I had a seizure. DH just happened to walk out of the shower and see me having it. Called doctor once the whole thing had really set in. Called the doc, and he said to go to the ER. They admitted me to the hospital, ran a ton of tests. All tests were clear, except the MRI. There was an abnormity, so they ran it again. Still there. Turns out there was a 2-3mm growth on the brain. Immediatly all the docs wanted to cut the head open to poke at it. Since it looked more like a cotton ball then a marble I decided to wait and watch. Changed my diet, prayed, and 2 years later it was completely gone! The neuro, nor the radiologist had ever seen anything dissapear such as this. Been a couple years now and nothing!

Just back from the hospital. They wont let him leave until tomorrow morning but they have given him a diagnosis. It is epilepsy (I hope that I spelled Correctly). We are thankful of the diagnosis because it could have been a tumor or even brain cancer. They have prescribed a medication that he will have to take for at least 2 years and then they said that he might be able to go off it. Time will tell.

Baby chick doing fine outside. Broody hen still not happy about missing eggs. When the other girls lay for me I will give them to her if she will accept.
