I can't imagine what you are going through right now. I'm sure it's a shock. Is family close to you? You have my prays and condolences. I know is hard, but if is any consolation to you, he didn't suffer. My father past away when I was 14 (he was only 49) and I watch him suffer for many months, slowly dying, and helplessly watching he's 14 year old daughter feed him and treat him like a baby while he was in and out of awareness. The sickness took his dignity away, and he knew that. I prayed many times that he will close his eyes and die in sleep......
