Is there a digital thermometer/hygrometer with a probe people use in the styrofoam hovabator type incubators? Mine has an egg turner in it and there is no room to put in a whole unit. Help please!

Look at Radio Shack. thats where I got mine. only problem is the probe only reads the temp, but its real thin & I was able to fit it inside so I had a reading on the humidity

I got a hygrometer from Petco and a digital temp/hygro from Walmart. Both cost 7-8 a piece.
They are mounted to the top of the bator, on a see thru panel and are attached with clear double sided tape.
(I have an ECO20.)
I am waiting delivery for a new one from Tampa Humidor, that obe costs 20$.

I would like some suggestions too.

I took a look at the Oregon Scienctific site, expensive options, but nice with remote sensors.

So a hygrometer with remote sensor is hard to find/expensive from what I gather? I had thought about mounting it inside against the plastic ceiling but assumed there would not be enough clearance....

I have a Radio Shack one, too, inside my hovabator 1588.
I've been really pleased with it's accuracy. It has an outside sensor with a long wire and I actually run it out side the bator and suspend it at egg level from the plug hole in the top of the bator.
The cord is small enough that I can still put the plug in the hole if needed.
The unit stays in the bator to measure humidity. I calibrate each time I set eggs and it's right in there on accuracy.
