Hygrometer Questions

Hey!
I’ve been researching different hygrometer and thermometer options, but I’m really not sure.
I’ve searched it on this website, and found a lot of recommendations for the “Govee” Bluetooth hygrometer...
I was just wondering if y’all had one that you used and liked that was digital, but doesn’t connect to your phone at all.
And Lord’s Willing, if possible, one with a probe that sticks down into the incubator.

Does this one sit in the incubator, or have a probe attached? (I’m sorry for so many questions, we are so new to this!!!!) My only concern with it having to go in it (if it does) is that we aren’t talking about a very large incubator, so I don’t know if it would fit...
