Can some one recommend a non chinese Hygrometer for precise reading for my Chinese 112 egg incubator as reading in the incubator varies with other thermometers. . I live in Sri Lanka.

I see Chinese instruments just fine. Please understand that the price of an instrument, affects the quality and accuracy developed into it.
I don't think an instrument from a different country will automatically be better.
You being where you are at, I don't know what items are available to you. Have no idea on shipped items from other countries as well. There are often high taxes levied on out of country items.
To check accuracy of your thermometers, use a people thermometer, and compare values. Those are ideal since the temperature range is same as the chicken incubation temperature range.
Many people dry incubate their eggs, and only at lockdown, they introduce humidity, to prevent membrane shrinkage at hatching. Study that process some more and you may find an alternate way to incubate, and hatch chicks.
WISHING YOU BEST,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, :highfive:
