She is about a week old. That’s the hard part by her butt. I can’t figure out how to post a video.

The angle that you are holding the duckling that doesn't look like the butt. It looks like the front where the abdomen is? I would venture to guess it's the area where the navel cord was. Or it looks very much like a tick. Have they been outside? If a tick, it needs removed. If it is something on the bottom where the vent is, it will need removed. If that is the case, I would try coconut oil and a qtip. If navel, leave it alone.

Ducklings should not be in water for a prolonged time due to not having the adult feathers and the oil to keep them dry. However, they should always have water deep enough to stick their head in to rinse their nares and eyes and this should be available at all times.

My duck has been making a crunching or crackling noice from inside her.

It sounds like when a human has phlegm in their throat and they try to breath.

Many conditions, including aspiration pneumonia, aspergillosis, crop stasis, debris in the respiratory system, among many other can cause similar symptoms to what you're duckling is experiencing.
Without the use of diagnostic testing, hands-on physical examination, identifying the problem over the internet can be hard.
Being the case, a veterinarian experienced with birds would likely provide you with the best outcome.
If that is not an option, we can try to help, but a good starting point would be a video of the issues you are seeing.

@Destinybrenton9874 Is what your showing where the umbilicus was attached it's most likely just a scab that will fall off on its own. From what I can see of the little face nares look clean and eyes look bright.

It was the rest of my bathroom but the crunching sound you hear in the background is what she’s been doing.

We give her crumbled up pellets. The other duckling she’s with isn’t experiencing what she’s doing.

I’ve noticed that she has been pooping and eating slower than my other duckling.
