Yes, I do see some veins in those eggs. They may just be developing slower.

I set my first marans eggs this year. I was convinced some were dead and set them aside to throw out. After checking all the others i double checked the set aside eggs. And every time found one still alive. Its hard to see. My friend that breeds marans says she only checks on day 18 because you just cant tell most of time.

So unless youre 100% sure theres no life dont throw it out.

The silkie egg looks right for day 8 - 10.
