I’m the only one like me!

Can we get some photo's with her mouth open 😅🤣😂

I was wondering if she maybe a crack head chicken ? There more comon than you would think 😜🤪😝
You know what??? I wondered about her past! She won't be still for good photos, but since she's the fastest and loudest to respond, maybe I can sneak up on her tomorrow when she starts her sassy chatter.
Crackheads are Sadly a part of the culturally deficit time.
Regards...
Which hatchery? Have you looked at their website rare breeds for any that compare to yours?
Very pretty girl!
I am not good with guessing a breed (still learning) good luck!
Have you considered dentures? Be sure to brush/floss the other birds regularly.
Is there a chicken dentist 🤔
I looked at their chicks ages ago. I'll view their online site.
Good suggestion!

Do i quallify as

Living next to Mexico, we can afford dental care for everyone!

View attachment 2720293Speckled girl is the only one of her kind from a mixed rare chick order last fall.
She has a pea comb, no feathers on her legs or feet, all her teeth are missing, she has dark gray legs, and is VERY vocal.
Any ideas?
This girl is still a mystery! She’s over a year old and I noticed she has 1 1/4” spurs. She does not crow. She doesn’t act like a rooster. I’m so confused!
I bought her from Cackle Hatchery. Guess I’ll go over there and look around…might find ‘her’ there….

I’m still trying to capture her egg at lay to see what color they are.
What color eggs do you get?
And what other kinds of hens do you have?

We might be able to figure out enough about her egg color to help identify her breed.

Their Splash Sumatra looks a bit like her, but your hen has very white earlobes while the Sumatra in the photo has very red earlobes, so maybe not.

Your hen's comb has me puzzled. I can't decide whether it's a pea comb, a rose comb, or a single comb that is all crinkled up. I usually pay a lot of attention to combs when trying to identify chicken breeds, but the comb of yours has me completely stumped!
