The orange one must’ve been a runt or something because the Other ones were a little bigger than her. And almost all of my hens were rescued from a chicken slaughterhouse, at different times. That black one in the last photo was the first, the orange was second and the white was recent, in summer. I have thought of buying chickens from hatcheries but saving a life makes it feel much deeper than just for the eggs.

The buff one looks like some form of red sex link to me. IDK on white. Where did you get them?

It’s just that she’s the size of a bantam and that’s what confuses me. She also lays eggs the same size as the sex link, meaning large brown eggs.

She’s not a Bantam Especially if she is laying large eggs.
