We have 3 geese and one of them developed a lump on her beak a few weeks ago, but it seemed to get smaller. Then last week it started getting bigger and she’s sleeping a lot. Can someone help me and tell me what it is

Do you have access to a veterinarian?

The swelling could be related to an infection (abscess), and/or a neoplasm such as a fibrosarcoma or a squamous cell carcinoma. Seeing a vet would likely prove her the best prognosis.

I think that Egg Snatcher was saying abscess. A pus pocket. It's in a difficult area for you to treat, in her nostril. Are you able to see this abscess from inside of her bill? Poultry pus is not liquid like human pus, theirs is more like a doughy, cheesy substance; making lancing that, in it's location difficult. Is a(n) (avian) veterinarian an option for you? (I know it can be difficult to find one that's working during the covid pandemic.)

Just an update, we got some antibiotics about 2 weeks ago, but they only worked for a week! We’ve took her back to the vets today as it’s got much worse, and she need and operation on Wednesday :(
